As an actor, writer and artist, I've always needed some sort of creative outlet. Having a camera in hand and capturing that glint in one's eye, or that smirk with some dark subtext hidden beneath it has become a creative outlet for me. I'm in love with the art of acting, directing, creating a character, breaking down one's walls to become closer to the craft, and I'm fascinated by human behavior. Every headshot session is a new experience for me and the one's I shoot.

It started with taking shots for my actor friends, so they could have that new shot in hopes to get the big audition. I felt a knack for capturing true emotion, and getting the looks that are especially unique to each individual. One shot led to the next, and before I knew it I'd graduated from shooting only my friends, to shooting actors I hadn't ever met. That's when the thought came, "maybe I should take this up a little more full time." Since then, I've been shooting as much as possible - learning, discovering and growing as a photographer each and every day.

To be able to get THAT one shot (or many shots), I believe there needs to be trust, camaraderie, and most importantly a freedom to play. And I take much pride in providing that in each and every session. I love to have fun, discover, and to create in everyday life, and in each headshot session. Lets play!

"Fraser's photos are freaking incredible and the most alive and original shots I have seen in recent memory. His approach to shooting is super unique and was akin to an acting class. He asks big questions, allows you time to ponder, and snaps photos when you don't expect him to. It was a fun, thought provoking experience. My new guy to go to whenever I want photos of myself!"
